I am so smart. I am so smart. S-M-R-T. I mean, S-M-A-R-T...
I've been offered the job.
My first thought was that soon, I'll never have to deal with our stinky-ass accountant.
And I can afford a smokin' pair of skis.
It's the little things that make life better.
Now I just have to resign.

There will be no commitment and
No confessions and
No little secrets to keep
No little children or
Houses with roses
Just the end of the world and me
Cause all has been gone and
All has been done
And there's nothing left for us to say
But we could be together as they blow it all away
And we can share in every moment as it breaks
No confessions and
No little secrets to keep
No little children or
Houses with roses
Just the end of the world and me
Cause all has been gone and
All has been done
And there's nothing left for us to say
But we could be together as they blow it all away

My car has been fixed! Turns out it was all wiring that made it run so horribly, and it's actually still in okay shape.
Another birthday has come and gone - Lots of celebrating - and I'm 25. I don't know that I feel 25. I think I was feeling 25 more at the thought of reaching 25... and then it happened and it's really no different.
That's probably for the better...
My big night out I had surprise guests who I thought weren't going to be there, and a lovely time in general with the gang in Northern Liberties. Got to try Indian food for the first time with Gary and Ali, and went out for drinks and dinner after work with some coworkers.
Had an awesome Disney vacation - was in Orlando for 9 nights & 8 days, with a hotel discount on Disney property and free access to all the parks compliments of Allie Wendling, the best college roommate ever. This time around it was me and John with Val in the mix - and I don't think it could've turned out better. We went non-stop, so it was nice to have a day of recovery before heading back to work the next week.
Now its back to real life and I'm totally crossing my fingers... I've got a job interview tomorrow for the judicial clerk position I originally started the application process for in October.... its hard to get into the county.... But we'll see. I go in before work, so I don't even have to say I'll be in late or anything like that... So we'll see what happens!

Posted about my D.C. weekend on my 101 Blog.
I need to start doing more 'stuff' from that. I'm on a roll with movies and books.
I think I wanna try and start learning to hollow out a book.
It's crafty, would look really cool -- and could perhaps one day come in handy when trying to pass a friend some sort of object to help them escape if they're in jail.
It's good to know these sort of things.
In other news... my car is running like complete crap. Yet still getting good mileage.
It just sounds as if the engine will fall out, and my dad swears it won't. Sigh.
I would go bonkers if I could afford to get a new car -- like the new hybrid Honda Insight. That thing is so shiny it's distracting.
But I'm still of the opinion that if I'm going to blow $20,000 it's going to be on relocating to some faraway location, or take a year to travel around the world.
Silly car.

My camera finally died...
Replacing it is going to be hilarious - just watch my total attention to detail nonsense kick into high gear picking out a suitable successor. I loved that thing.
I mean, not loved it - but you know, it was a kick ass camera. The flip screen thing helped me take the kinds of pictures I like taking with people... because a lot of times - I don't trust other people to take a photo that doesn't look like crap.
Can't decide if I should get one that has dual screens - one on the front, and one on the back - to continue the fun photo style -- or if I should get one of those super cameras.
I feel like I'm too rough and tumble for one of those, but I really like toying around with ones that my friends have.
Things to ponder.
